I have AlphaWorks card with original box & manual, and POQET cables

What do you offer ? Short money will not do, but interesting swaps may.

I'm not willing to sell AlphaWorks for long or short money, but when I
asked Lotus, they said -- I have to find out the mail message, but I hope
you trust me -- that DOS Lotus Works could be treated as a shareware
program, they ask for registration but they would not support it anymore.

So I think (c'mon, Lotus, if you listen to me and you don't agree, tell me)
it's legal to offer you to copy my card if you find a way to do it. I tried
last time, not to make a copy, but to increase the speed, because running
from card memory and letting RAM free, card based application soffer a lot
from the rom card low speed (at least I think this is the reason why word
processing is not usable on Alpha Works).

After buyig AW, I turned back to write with Q, as the AW files do not
convert well to anything useful besides text, and the application is anyway
very slow if compared to Lotus 123 v. 2.O1 (sorry, mine is italian and btw,
I don't succeed in getting DMLs to work).

For word processing (which I do a lot) I began to use a simple tagged
system called SEtext (structure enhanced text), which, used in conjunction
to EasyView on the mac or converted with a perl script to html, is well
formatted, easily transferrable on the mail, and easily fits technical or
historical requests (I work in urban history and environmental research).

BTW, I would like to perpetually change the dos charset into ISO Latin 1,
to stop conversions back and forth to Unix and Windows machines. What about
the idea? Is there something wrong with it; do some of you have any
suggestion about this subject? How could it be done?

Ciao from Italy.
